Terms of Service

AquaRoute helps pool-service businesses manage routes, customers, service reports, invoicing, quotes, messaging, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Do not misuse the Service. You agree not to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or upload content you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for the data you and your staff enter, including customer contact details you add to service accounts.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cycle shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions are purchased directly from Mainspring Software LLC and are not sold through the App Store.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. As a business using AquaRoute, you are responsible for handling your own customers' information lawfully. Our use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service relies on providers such as authentication, payments, mapping, email, and text messaging. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AquaRoute assistant features and any guidance they produce, including water-chemistry suggestions, are for convenience only; always verify chemical dosing and follow product and safety instructions before acting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainspring Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service. You can delete your account and data from Settings, under Delete account.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mainspring Software LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
