Privacy Policy

• Account details for business owners and staff: name, email, and business information.
• Business data you enter: customers, routes, service reports, invoices, quotes, and photos.
• Customer contact details that a business adds to service their accounts.
• Usage and device information needed to run and secure the app.

To provide the service: managing routes, billing, the customer portal, messaging, the Route Exchange, and the Find a Pro directory. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with providers that help us operate, under their own terms: Clerk (authentication), our database host, Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email), and Google Maps (mapping). Each receives only what it needs.

Route listings show area-level information only, never a customer's personal details. Find a Pro shows the business information a company chooses to publish. Customer reviews come only from a company's verified customers.

You can edit your data anytime in the app. You can delete your account and its data from Settings, under Delete account, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your business data from our systems, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove your business data from our systems within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

AquaRoute is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage strong passwords and care with account access.
